Terms of Service

Adur is an online wellness booking marketplace operated by adur.app from Tirana, Albania. Adur connects guests with spa and treatment venues ("Spas"). Adur facilitates bookings but is not a party to the service contract between guest and Spa.

You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent, to make a booking. No account is required — bookings may be completed anonymously with only a name and contact detail.

By completing a booking you agree to the Spa's cancellation and no-show policy, which is displayed before confirmation. Adur does not guarantee service availability. Confirmed bookings are between you and the Spa.

Prices are displayed in Albanian Lek (ALL) with an indicative EUR conversion. Payment is made directly at the Spa at the time of service, unless otherwise stated.

Spas listed on Adur operate independently. Adur does not employ, supervise, or guarantee the quality of services. Complaints about a service should be directed to the Spa. Adur may assist as a mediator at its discretion but bears no liability for the Spa's conduct.

Spas pay Adur a platform commission of 10% on completed bookings, invoiced monthly. This cost is not passed to the guest.

All Adur platform content, branding, and code is owned by adur.app. Spa menus, photos, and trade names remain the property of the respective Spa partners.

To the maximum extent permitted by Albanian law, Adur's total liability to any user is limited to the value of the booking in question. Adur is not liable for personal injury, unsatisfactory services, or consequential losses arising from your use of a Spa's services.

Adur may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana.
