adur.app ("Adur") operates the Adur wellness booking platform. For all data-related enquiries: [email protected].
2. Data We Collect
- Booking data: name, email address, phone number (optional), chosen date/time, spa, and service.
- Account data (if you register): email address, display name.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, usage logs — collected automatically by our platform infrastructure (Supabase).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To confirm and manage your booking.
- To send booking confirmations and reminders by email (once our email service is active).
- To operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
Your booking details (name, contact, service, date/time) are shared with the Spa you book with so they can prepare for your visit. No other sharing with third parties, except infrastructure providers: Supabase (database & authentication) and Resend (transactional email, when enabled).
5. Retention
Booking records are retained for 3 years. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Anonymous booking records are deleted after 2 years of inactivity.
6. Your Rights
Under Albanian Law No. 9887/2008 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights.
7. Cookies
Adur uses session cookies for authentication only. No tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies are used.
8. Children
Adur does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at adur.app/legal/privacy.
